Auction Items for the
2005 Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center

Here are some of the items t hat will be auctioned at the second annual Northern Columbia Community & Cultural Center's Village Sampler April 24, 2005, at the Fire Hall. We must remind you that there are only 300 tickets to sell, and the $10 admission covers the live music provided by the local group Raven Creek, under the direction of Joe and Loraine Feola. The ticket provides food and drinks from 14 local restaurants and it guarantees you a seat at the exciting auction.

Please note that items will not be auctioned in this order and that this is not a complete list. As additional items are listed in the daily email version of the Benton News, they will be added to this list.

It is located between Columbus and Amsterdam and is a block and a half from Central Park . The apartment is on the 4th floor and is a walk-up. The steps number 54. Date by mutual agreement. The living room has a cathedral ceiling and 22 feet of glass looking out on the balcony, with two sofa beds, color TV, VCR , DVD , and Stereo. There is a kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bedroom with two double beds and a full bath. On the second floor is the master bedroom with a queen-size bed, color TV, VCR , bathroom with large shower. There is glass sliding doors opening to a small balcony overlooking the bay.
