The redesigned school will feature a number of upgrades, including:
   * Wiring to promote computer networking and technological support
* A new media center (library)
''' A new music area
* A new auditorium that seats over 500
* Enlarged science instruction laboratories to encourage
inquiry-based learning and student project development
* A related arts area that promotes learning in art education,
family/consumer sciences and technology
* An expanded student services area for administration,
guidance, and health suite
* A new adaptive physical education room
* A middle school cluster
* A new roof
* Air conditioning throughout the building
