The Benton Women’s Club
Offering an opportunity to give of yourself to your community.
We meet, generally, on the second Thursday of each month, from March through December.
Benton Women's Club
Because We Care!
The Benton Women's Club is a civic and social organization founded to raise money for scholarships given annually to Benton High School seniors. The members of the Benton Women’s Club invite you to join in our efforts to make this area a better place, meet your neighbors and make new friends.
Join us as we help out in many different ways:
- College scholarships
- AARP driver safety programs
- Head Start
- Northern Columbia Community and Cultural Center
- Gifts for the Over 80’s dinner at Waller Hall in April
- Camp Victory
- Donations to area libraries
- Benton Halloween parade
- Odyssey of the Mind
- And many more programs through the year.
The best thing about our club is the sense of community and the pleasure that we have raising the money for these different causes. We would like you to join in our efforts and share in the fun of belonging – we’d love to welcome you into the group.
If you are looking for a place to share your talents, meet some new friends and help the community, please call Lorena Bennett, 570 925-6861 and join the Benton Women's Club.
You never know how you might touch a life.
